Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra Dil is an Associate Professor at the Department of International Trade and Logistics, Faculty of Business Administration, Sakarya University, Türkiye. She received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marmara University and completed her master's and doctoral degrees in Management and Organization at Sakarya University. She conducted her postdoctoral research in business history at Harvard Business School. Her research focuses on strategic management, business history, sustainability, qualitative research methodologies, and sustainable food systems. Her research has been published in national and international academic journals. She is also interested in case writing and case-based teaching, particularly as tools for developing management knowledge and practice. Dr. Dil has participated in and led national and international research projects. Her interdisciplinary research approach bridges management theory and practice, contributing to the understanding of organizations, institutions, and sustainability-related challenges.
