ABSTRACT
The multi-dimensionality of economics and ever more complicated social relations have called for debates into the very nature of ideal human relations. To that end, attention is drawn to “morality,” which regulates social relations, in general and “business ethics”, which surround economic life, in specific. This study discusses the latest developments and tendencies about business ethics in Turkey. Special emphasis is on figuring out the current situation from analyses of developments in public sector, private sector and nongovernmental organization alongside those in academics. This paper is shaped, under the light of literature review, by analyses of studies of relevant actors, and by semi-structured interviews with 11 people acting in the field.
