ABSTRACT
Business ethics is the practical knowledge of morality and examines all moral problems in business life experience. These problems can be among employers and employees; organizations and their stakeholders or other environmental factors. With the impact of globalization today, national and international businesses operating in and want to be successful in business are required to adopt the ethics and social responsibility concept. In this study, business ethics, ethical management in organizations and employee satisfaction is addressed as theoretical and with a questionnaire on people working in a participation bank in Istanbul, the relationship between these two concepts were examined. The research results prove that there is an increase in employee satisfaction as a result of the application of business ethics.
