Business Ethics in Terms of Human Resource Management

Abstract

Most of the ethical problems in business life are directly or indirectly related to the human resource management applications. As a result, human resource managers and experts have significant roles and responsibilities to avoid corruption, individual crime and, discrimination in order to establish a peaceful, fair, and secure organizational climate. The main purpose of this study is to underline the importance of business ethics in terms of human resource management and suggest a theoretical framework composed of the fundamental principles of business ethics in human resource management. Therefore, the relationship between business ethics and human resource management has been analyzed in order to highlight the cornerstones of ethical principles in human resource management applications.
