ABSTRACT
This study evaluated the ethical occupational behaviors of school administrators based on the views of teachers. The population of the study consisted of teachers working in primary schools in Üsküdar, Istanbul. The sampling group comprised 189 teachers selected via a stratified cluster sampling method. Data were collected using the Scale of Ethical Behaviors developed by Ergüç (2002). The analysis of the data included the Independent Group t-Test, Mann Whitney-U Test, and Kruskal Wallis-H Test. Findings show that, according to the teachers who participated in the study, school principals demonstrate higher levels of ethical behavior concerning human rights but lack ethical behavior in terms of affection.
